View Full Version : Time to Log in?

I have read the Knowledge base and i am pretty sure my question is not there

When i click play game, i come to the login screen. I type in my info and press login. It says "Logging In..." and it doesnt move forever. I have all ready verified my account and everything so can someone tell me whats wrong?

Or does it usually take 30 min to log on?

1. refresh your browser
2. clear you cache
3. restart your computer (SOMETIMES works, dont depend on it)
4. make sure you have an updated enough version of flash for the game (this happened to me once)

If you followed all these steps and you still cannot log in it is probably the lag or your internet service.

srry nope. I went to the site and updated flash and tryed it. Still didnt work. I can do the Quick play (guest) and it works fine. Anyone else got suggestions?

Some times the game itself is laggy not ur computer,just be patience or do something while it loads.

I have read all of these suggestions and none of them work. I clear my cache and click log in. It sits on this screen forever then it just disconnects. I have tried this on 3 different computers. Wireless and non wireless. I have checked everywhere. I am starting to think it is my account that is faulty. Should i create a new account?
