1. Pop outs aren't that great...
Unless you have an excellent background, I would prefer a regular anyday.
2. The background is too plain
3. You didn't fill it with transparent, so you it really isn't a pop out.

Thats because he made that in MS Paint, so the color that he uses blends in with the page. Some computers use different contrasts, like when i go on my psp to here, they arent transparent, but when i go on the computer they are.

But, its good in MS Paint.

Yeah its deffinately a good effort for paint, although the render is sketchy, prolly one of the downfalls. Thats one thing you can work on :D
