It wasn't actually that bad. Just work on making everything go a bit faster. Also, I'd make the burst (flame type thing that comes out of gun when fired) is a different color than just black. I'd do orange. Just keep working at it.

put some realsim in it and make it a little more smoother, anyways its alright for just a beginner

When you're a beginner, dont use such detailed stks! Find a nice simple one and stick to that.

And you need to make it more realistic, nice effort for a newbie though.

You definitely need to work on walking/running. Like FCJ said, dont use such detailed stix. Good for a beginner though
