Submissions Section

Well, i was thinking, and i thought it a great idea, that the map submissions section was read-only for users, and a normal forum for the staff.

The guide submission is like this, so why shouldnt the map section be?

i think its a good idea, and if you want feedback dont post it there...the map submissions shud be more or less just like an archive of maps
