Refill bug

Recently I have found that sometimes I can purchase a refill without it costing any KC's. I normally play Castle Wars so it's the only map that I've noticed it on?

I've had that happen, but sometimes it varies (during jungle assault it cost 1 kc, next game it cost 3 but I could purchase another even if i had 0). I dunno, it's only happened twice (three counting you) and it seems pretty rare (the two incidents were months apart)
