See on the bottom? there is something writen like "Clipboard Managment" click on save and put it here...Its the only way tho

Take a screenshot with PRT SCRN|SYSRQ (above the insert key) And paste it onto paint.
Then go to a site like www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com
And host it and copy the IMG code then paste it into the map making forum.
