is there anyways to raise my fps(assuming that higher=faster pawn)?is there things that lower/heighten my fps?because when i play i see some people who move a lot faster/slower including better faster jumping that i cannot preform cause my fps bad!!help plz

higher FPS is good. and low MPS is good ;)
