I have a Trojan(or virus) and it wont delete!

I need more computer protection, for free.

I need more disk space.

I want full protection, and to be checked for trojans/virus'.

If you have a trojan that wont delete, get Hijackthis (http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe)

Launch Hijack and press "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

When it's complete, Notepad will pop up showing the Hijack.

Copy and Paste it and post it in a topic on this (www.bleepingcomputer.com) forum.

You will get a responce quickly.


NOTE:

You might be asked for different stuff, that's why you might need this (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Beta/ComboFix.exe) in handy!

REMEMBER! Don't interupt it when its scanning, or have other windows running.

Reboot Your Computer After Doing This.

The one below me is a 30 day trial, but deletes trojans easliy! (for emergency use only)

Own those trojans :P (http://www.misec.net/)

If you didn't find what you were looking for, PM me and I'll probably look for one on google, download it (to see if its safe), and give you the link.

REMEMBER! Reboot your computer after every download.

If you need more disc space, use CleanUp! (http://www.stevengould.org/downloads/cleanup/CleanUp451.exe)

It saved me 1.2 Gigabytes.

(When done 'Cleaning' Reboot your computer).

If you still need more data, I would suggest deleting itesm you don't use anymore in Add/Remove Items in the Control Panel.

sort them by how often they are used.

try avg its a good anti-virus software and it doesnt slow down your computer :)

lol its so funny how you guys get viruses ive had the same computer for 4 years; and never got a virus/ or spyware, and i use norton. also i have never gotten the blue screen of death on my windows based system. except when i upgraded with wrongly marked RAM
