Well here is my best idea yet (IMO):
I think we should should have 12 sub-forums for clans. And how would we decide who gets the subforums. We will have a tournament with every clan. and the top 12 get to have sub-forums. The 1st place winner would be on top of the subforums, 2nd place with the second spot, and so on and so on. And what will happen to the clans that don't get sub-forums? They will have to post normals threads in the clans forum. Also it might be good if the leaders of the clans could be in charge of their sub-forums ALONG WITH THE MODS AND ADMINS OF PAWN. The leaders could decide who can view the Sub-Forum and who can't.
And how you might ask will this be helpful? Members want powerful clans, right? Well if they see the clans with sub-forums they think that those are the powerful clans.
And what would happen if someone decides to make a new clan? Would they have no chance to get a sub-forum. Wrong. I have 2 ideas on how this could work.
Idea 1. The tournament would be re-held every two months. That way new clans have a chance.
Idea 2. New clans can challenge clans with Sub-Forums . They will play 3 custom games to 100. Best 2 out of 3 wins the Sub-Forum. You will only be allowed to challenge opponents once a month.
I personally like idea one best.
