Lag trouble.

Alright, I'm having regular problems with lag whenever I'm playing the game, and I have people complaining all the time about how I'm lagging. To solve this, I do quite a bit of file pruning, it works for a bit but then I have the same lag again, is there anything I can do to tame it?

Just a thought,
but maybe you have a trojan
down loader in your cookies?
A quick spyware search may be needed

I've run virus scans and they have turned up clean, but that's a possibility.
