well if there is copy right i'm sure there is some way around it, name the gun different, change the look but keep the damage and how it shots, its not like Blank101 created every gun that is already in the game

This would generally be hard to do. For one, Blank would have to do PLENTY of digging to figure out the power of the weapons in Halo. Not to mention that it would be generally difficult to get the graphics all set up and such. Generally, I will expect this to be nigh impossible, since I'm pretty sure everything is copyrighted.
