The "live" Incedent

Earlier this afternoon, people accused live of flaming in front of everyone. I, myself, saw this, and while the evidence is rather conclusive, I believe live is INNOCENT and should not get demodded

Upon behalf of live's cussing...

Live is a relatively new mod, and is inexperienced. But moments earlier, "greb" said something equally offensive. It is known that greb is a mod from beta, and it is unlikely greb would want to ruin his reputation with this. Also, "greb" quickly exited chat after the incident, raising more suspicion. Further more, two mods cussing in a small time frame is too much to be a coincidence. Therefore, I believe a hacker has infiltrated mod accounts, and that live did not in fact say this.

Upon live's claim of SketchZ hacking...

There is some evidence to accept this claim, but not enough to prove it.
On several occasions, SketchZ has been seen making squares on the screen. And when I asked him today about it, he claimed it was hacking, and that he could also post porn pictures. I believe this was a joke, but it might be used against him. Any players that attended SketchZ's recent assault map might recall this.

I have no picture evidence of this though, so I cannot fully prove live's claim.

I hope I have shed some light on this situation, and that live is not demodded.

Thats only your interpretation. Several people see other interpretations of the situation. And the mods can get hacked, or have their passwords revealed. Personally, I think the latter is more plausible.

And I do have some experience with being a lawyer...
