Animated Rain With PS

Heres the outcome:
Sig made by me but tut not made by me

1st.
Start a making a sig...

2nd.
Make new layer
Fill it with black
Filter->Noise->Add Noise
Amount: 100%
Distribution: Uniform
Monochromatic: Checked

3rd.
Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
Angle: -63
Distance: 15

4th.
Change the blend mode so you can see the rain

5th.
Now repeat steps 2 and 3 4 more times.
Make frames of them each with the sig.

6th.
Make the frames 0.1 sec

7th.
Save it and upload it best in Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) or ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/)

Just a suggestion you should edit the rain animation in your sig so that it goes from top right to bottom left. Flows better that way.

Personally, I don't like adding rain effects unless my work really deserves it like making it more realistic.
