What is a runescape fake?
A runescape fake is an edited picture of runescape, edited with PAINT ONLY(sorry photoshoppers and gimpers)

For text, goto http://rscg.beyondboredom.net/ and follow the steps to make text, then put it in a white background, and cut it out to add your your another/edited game.

Put the RSCG into the text place, if you formatted correctly it will fit in perfectly.
Then, take a picture from google images and put it into the thing(save first) make sure its big enough. then paste the runescape background back in, so the whites are seen through, that way, it chops off loose ends, and puts the middle of the picture in it, if it fails, try again so the middle is seen, if you have to, add black background.
Then, add items(you make them or cut them out using paint and zoom 8x), recommended items are items that match the picture, eg, if its maplescape, put maple story items in the chat thing, make sure the whites are invisible(bottom part of cut out), then add a minimap that matches the level, using the technique for putting real pictures in.
You will have an another/edited game!
