My suggestion

I suggest that you stop trying to make the game better, and leave it as it once was. The reason for this is, Something great should not be changed, which you have done a few too many times in my eyes. Nothing is perfect, nor will anything ever be. The game was great right after you got rid of the Smrc and added the backgrounds, back before there wasnt any line of sight, and the rail gun didnt kill you in two shots. I remember the game, I remember playing killerk and leheno, before everything got so complicated and everything was a race to see who could score the most points and to fight for who was the best. I remember when this game was about fun and a way to forget your boredom, but now i must sadly say, that this game is exactly what i dont do when i want to do something fun and this game now causes me boredom... Again, I believe that you should reimplicate the old game. Back when it was fun.

this is pointless. its just ur vision of pawn. u know if the game changes it means ppl want that to happen. this is the purpose of these forums. just because u like it how it was 1 or 2 years ago, does not mean every1 else do.

I have much more. Pawn is...In my opinion better than the old Pawn. Pawn is getting a lot more members. Don't you want to Pwn them until they Physically cry?

Buffoldguy no im not back, i just came by to see what had happend since i was gone. The sound glitch was gone as well as the infinite bullets hack, The game already fixed, and the abraham gone. Dont you remember when there was no line of sight? and the protogun couldnt kill you in two shots? There were no glitches. The only thing was the crouch glitch and it wasnt a bad glitch... all you had to do is press up... well this is my oppinion, i just wanted to see what other people think of the game as it now is.

So what I'm "hoping" you're suggesting is that Blank will bring the game back to the way it was before LOS and not add anymore features, only patch hacks and stuff? If so, then there would be an endless horde of people complaining and things and an online multiplayer game that never updates would die out pretty quickly.

Maybe there can be an "Old Pawn" game that does this (sort of like Runescape Classic) but that would involve Blank having to buy another server . . . and since this is a free game . . .

Yes, people will still ask for updates.
But whos to say when they will stop asking for updates?
People suggest things, Blank updates the game, and yet there are still people asking for things. So whos to say when Blank should stop updating the game and keep it as is? Basically there is this Cycle that cannot be stopped until one stops it. Until Blank decides to stop updating the game, people will complain. Its a proven fact. Just look at the Suggestion topic.

Vaka, I agree that the focus of this game has shifted from having fun to ranking up, and that saddens me immensely. However, I like updates, because it keeps the game going, and keeps it fresh (and hopefully) makes it something that we can all be proud to play. And about this cycle: there is no way to tell if an update will be good before it is implemented, but if no updates are made... Pawn will stagnate, and as Ollivak said, will die, and I dont think you want that to happen.

Ya, Blank101 created the vast majority of Pawn. JP did some graphics and design I believe.


As for no more new updates:
That is a kinda bad idea, even if the updates are the greatest we need them. Without updates old players will quit and better games will come out.
