no i dont think thats gonna happen...

but it does have its good side...u could put one in a camping spot to take out campers....and of course there ammo...but it prob wont happen

If you couldn't see mines, then this whole idea is dumb.

HOWEVER- If they were visible, then that would be interesting to deter campers from their perches...what if you could put them on your teammates, then suicide them at your enemies? With area effect damage, of course.

This game is supposed to be a fast action game. Adding Land Mines would only slow it down and make it more tactical, which is not what it's supposed to be (notice how high your characters jump? it's overly exaggerated to make the game more quick).

Definitely not.

Because you would just be able to keep placing mines on both sides of a Spawn Point..
