---

Alot of people have been asking around the forum and the game how to take a screenshot, I’ve been helping everyone to take a screenshot, but I’ve retired of helping, I’d just made a guide for people to learn how. There will be 3 tutorials to help you – Windows Version, Macintosh Version and Linux Version. All of these will help you become a better player or understand how.

---

Windows

1. Click the window you want to capture. Press Alt + Print Screen by holding down the Alt key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper right corner of your keyboard. (Depending on the type of keyboard you have, the exact key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)

Note: You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing the Print Screen key without holding down the Alt key.

2. Click Start, click Accessories, and then click Paint.

3. In the Paint window, click Edit, and then click Paste.

4. When the image appears in the Paint window, click File, and then click Save As.

Macintosh

1. Go to the screen where the image you want to post. Press and Hold <command>(apple key next to spacebar)-<shift>-<3>.
This should yield an image similar to this on your desktop.

2. Find and Open the file.

http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m32/LIL_BOY_02/Step_2.jpg

3. It should open in preview. Hold and Drag our mouse to create a rectangle around the portion you wish to keep.

4. Go to Tools, Crop and the portion in your rectangle will remain.

2. A box will pop up with a thumbnail of your screenshot asking you for a file name and save location. It will default to "screenshot.png" on your desktop and click Save.
