I, don't think you can , i know in facebook (http://www.facebook.com) and myspace (http://www.myspace.com) you can , i don't think in freewebs because it is not really a profile like myspace or facebook it is a website.You can't block people out of things like freewebs and piczo (http://www.piczo.com)
