20M don't say its bad, it should not cause any lag to a flash game
and my comp is good too, i can play ut2004 at full options on and dont lag on multiplayer

Its like the theory of gravity on a 2 dimensional plain
When a small object (player with a good comp or good internet connection) is placed on the 2 dimensional plain (lets say for example a blanket tightly tethered by its corners to 4 points), it causes little affect for everything around it (other players). but when a Large object (someone with a slow connection or sucky comp) is placed on it, it causes all the other objects to sink as well and to be pulled toward it.
Moral of the story, if someone lags, other people lag a little too
