weird jumping?

why can ppl jump on the high ledge like in castle wars and in assult on that June, 8 map the ppl protect the atifact can jump out into the battle and i cant? plz explain how i can do this?!

castlewars u do crouch jump..same as June 6.
to do this press down spacebar and arrow key

hold down "s"
then pers "space"
and then presas "a"


all really fast...it may take a wile but ull get used to it..
