Each time I try and play,It says 1 client per computer.Whats this mean? I only have 1 program on or whatever

Only one pawngame thing opened. It prevents padding./ Close one pawngame window, or clear you cache. Theres a game guide on the 2nd page

2: Maybe someone guessed your password. In this case, you should probably make a new account...
