Yo Aol users can some one help me out

Yo i want to clear my Cache but the instructions Are too hard.
The sntence at the very bottom right here is the one i Dont understand
where is the AOL menu or toolbar



From the 'My AOL' menu, on the AOL toolbar, Click 'Preferences'.

Well i dont use aol, but it sounds like its a scroll down menu, and you have to go find 'preferences' inside of the menu.

i hav aol to
1. go to start
2. click on control panel
3. find and cick internet options
4. on general, click on delete under browsing or under temporary internet files
5. click yes and yes again
6. ur cache is clear
