Not bad, sounds preety good. Would make peoples aim better if they used it to practice with. Must lag server a little but most ideas do. Although, would probably help campers too. Whatever, personaly would have fun with it.

or give a stanima bar and use your q idea.

I think that's a great way to balance it out.

However, it could create some nasty lag and whatnot.

I don't like the idea... For multiple reasons if you could run everyone would run and if they were about to die theyd run out. And you could get places you couldn't because the speed plus the jump would make it over spawn walls.

This is unneeded, sprinting would make it too easy to escape spawn camping. You should instead find another way to escape spawn campers because running away is for cowards.
