The Hook
=-=-=
The Hook, is what my teacher taught me in literacy. It pulls the reader into wanting to read more. Catches them. You want to make you intro post for your Tournament as original, interesting, and uber as possible. You don't want somebody thinking "I think i just wasted my band withe clicking on this page..." you want them to think "Dude, I'll so sign up for this!" So pull up all the things they taught you in literacy, and bring them here!

Organization
=-=-=
Theres 2 types of organization I'm going to talk about here. The Post and the Tournament itself. I'll start off with the Post
The Post - Your post has to be and look organize, and still have a hook. People won't join, because they fear of an unsuccessful Tourney. You post and literacy is just as good as anything else. Otherwise, this guide would be useless.
The Tournament - This is the most important aspect of a Tournament. If you fail to do this, you'll fail it. And if you fail it, you'll fail others. And if you fail others, you fail yourself. You want to have you Tournament to be as organized as it looks organized. You want the teams to be set, you want a graph on how the tourney would come out. If you fail this, then your tournament will fail. I seen this far to many times. Far to many.
Heres a grid to should how you graph should be.

Schedule
=-=-=
Aha, This the next part of being organize. You'll have to Schedule everything to the last dime. Every match, every meeting, everything. You must know your timezone as well. I suggest making it around 4-5 PM. When most people are usually online. On Saturdays, is usually the best. But, it may now always turn out well. So keep trying.

Teams
=-=-=
You can't have a War without having teams. Usually, a good tourney will have 4 or 6 teams. Each team will have 5 slots, and 1 leader. They'll post up with slot they want when you make the thread. So there isn't much brain to put in it. But it will get difficult later. Read the backup section for more info. Teams is pretty much what the tourney is about. Without a team, you don't have a tourney. Simple as that.
=-=-=
BackUp
=-=-=
This goes with Schedules and Teams. You must must find a backup befor starting the actual fighting. If you have a missing member, their allowed to find a replacement! clans wars will never ever go 100% according as you want it to. So you want backup's. It is needed, and it will happen. So think ahead.
=-=-=
Chatroom
=-=-=
Chatrooms is the what you make before you actually go into the war. You have the chatroom to make sure everything is going accordingly to plan. Do they have all 5 team mates? is somebody missing? Is that a bug? Always make a chatroom before the game. it will help. Essentially if you want to be organize, and it makes you look good.

Hosting
=-=-=
I know how to host! Of course you do, but properly for a Tournament? Possibly. But I'll tell you how. First off, tell everybody it's going to be a custom game. Thats right, custom. You need to be able to switch teams. So be sure to check off "Enable Team Switching" Also, keep the game set to default. 100 kills, is enough. As for killcoins. I usually keep it at 0 to keep the game fair. Max is 7. For maps, i like using jungle assault and castle war. Because their fort base maps. BE sure to add a pass! You don't want loathers coming in on you!
