I'll just list reasons on why I like each tag

1st
I think the depth is great and they used that to designate the focal easily. That and it has a nice blend of color

2nd
I can't really explain in graphics terms why I like this... Compared to the other it seems flat, but it's just such a beautiful piece. The way almost everything is grey then just a hint of yellow I really liked that. I can find a list of terms to describe why the first should be better then the second, but in the end I'd rather show off with the second.


My votes goes to number 2. Feel free to delete if you think my reasons arent valid O:

Number 1 is good, but seems a little pixely in some areas which turns me away from it.

I'm going to have to go for #1. Very nice theme and very nicely done on the lighting. I love the flow and the choice of colors.

I'm gong to go with two (sry MKG) because MKG's seems like to cover TOO much of the render,if you know what I mean(I can only see the face of it.)But has GREAT depth. But 37's seems to have a a cause of the sig to have the C4D (as if she is going in a portal.) As if it has meaning and the backround seems to blend. It just seems more interesting to me. So I'm going with 37's

Imma vote for Number 2.

Reasons

1. Number one seems cluttered and I can't really focus in on the render.

2.Number two has a good render and background, it is very original style.

I kinda do graphics, sorry if my reasoning sucks.

1st had decent coloring, and I thought it looked okay, but it seemed cluttered, the depth was forced, and it was oversharpened.

2nd was way oversharpened, coloring could use work, you could have cleared up/added on to the concept.

So I vote for second.

Lol, the right seems blurred with the blur tool in a way to increase depth. It seems like a cheap effect to me, when used like this. Or maybe that's just how the sig turned out. Either way.

Both are solid novice, but if I had the chance to vote I probably would have chosen #2 because it's much more clean and it just looks better overall. The first one is interesting, but the construction is poor, it's over-sharpened, it's messy, it's monotonous, and the right side is totally messed up. The second is less interesting, but it has better construction, more appropriate effects, and it just exhibits the characteristics of a more mature artist (not mature as in behavior, but in skill). Both need major work on quality, effects, colors, and render/effect cooperation.
