It's not complete because a new tile set is rumored to be added in the future.

Ooooooo. Cause i have some stuff that should be added that has to do with the right click.
A couple things.
So we can still suggest stuff?

I believe JPillz said something about a city tileset.
So I doubt it is complete. It will probably have new tiles over time.
