1. Are you an active member of the Pawn Community, both on the game(s) and the forums?

Yes, I would have to say that I am. I get on the forums everyday for about 3 hours, due to my current position as a Clan manager. I'm on Pawn Tactics very often as well, being in many clans previously ,with my current one as SVG. On the forums, I have over 800 posts, making me very active in the community. To be honest, I don't get on PG as much, but when I do, it's either a)to see if anything has changed/if i got better at it b) try my hand at making a PG Map. I post around the forums a lot, and I'm very active, which is part of my duty as a Clan Manager.

2. Why do you want to be a Pawn Assistant? (Try to be original)

I want to be a PA to help out the pawn community as much as I can, as well as report rule-breakers that violate the rules. Also, I'd like to have a stronger word in the Help sections, along with all sections of the Forum, and the game, wherever one may need help. For example, recently I recall helping someone out, giving the helpful answer, but have them completely ignore me, and give credit to someone else for what I had said. In addition, I'd like to extend my knowledge of Clan Managing onto the PAs. While working with a great group of CMs, I think it would be great if I were able to extend the knowledge I've gained throughout the Forums, and PA would be a great medium to do so with.

3. What have you done that qualifies you to be a Pawn Assistant?

I am currently a Clan Manager, which qualifies me for my activity (see Question 1), and this also qualifies me for the responsibility that I can hold. I am also very helpful, where I have started helping since I finally learned how the game and system here at Pawn works, and I continue to do so everyday. My activity has increased greatly, so my activity, and work ethic would also have to be something to qualify me for PA. This does conjoin with question 7, but I'd have to say the ability of getting work done efficiently AND in a small amount of time would be something that qualifies me, as well as what is stated above.

4. What gave you the urge to fill out this form?

The simple urge of being a PA was the impetus for filling this Application out. One who knew me when I first arrived may recall that I have always wanted to be a PA. I haven't applied before, because I did not feel I was ready, but now, I feel as though I am, and my pure will to be a PA made me fill this application out.

5. Will you uphold your obligation to set a good example at all times?

Yes I will, I have never had an infraction, nor have I been banned. I know how to follow the rules, and set a good example. As a Clan Manager, many users look up to me and my fellow colleagues, so yes, I am aware that I am obliged to set a perfect example for the Pawn Community.

6. What do you believe you can contribute to the Pawn Assistants Usergroup & Pawn Community that nobody else can?

I believe that my well roundedness (again, referring to question 7) is what separates me from other people. I have, at least, a superficial knowledge of almost everything in the Community, whether it be Graphics, Clan Managing, or just plain help. Not to be rude to most of my CM colleagues, but out of the current Clan Managers, I feel as though I am one of the most experienced and good at what I do as a CM. With my near extensive knowledge of clans, and PT in general, I think I can contribute this to the PA group, where not many, close to none, can contribute as I do. I believe that have a general knowledge of many subjects in the community is something that only I can contribute.

7. What are some examples of any helpful abilities?

First off, I am well-rounded, and have knowledge of almost all subjects in the Pawn Community. As stated before, above, I can help out with Graphics, despite my experience, I can help with Logistical things regarding Graphics. Next, I am able to finish large amounts of work in small times, which I think is necessary to have when one has any form of responsibility in their lives. My time management, would be a helpful aspect that I have. Furthermore, I'm a great listener, and can listen to anyone's problems, no matter how rudimentary the answer is, I'm very patient with people that need help. I'm also extremely punctual. If something needs to be done, in my hands, it is complete promptly, and exactly when needed. In addition, I work well in groups and with others. Most recently, in my Biology class, I was forced to work with someone, who, let's just say, is not very bright. I was able to manage, and get an A on said assignment. The main point of this story, was that I feel as though he did actually learn something after we had finished the assignment, which makes me feel great, knowing that I helped someone. Last, I think my attitude is helpful for anyone that I work with/help. I rarely get angry, and although I am not a pushover, I do whatever one asks me to do, within reason, as long as it is beneficial for them first, and then me.

8. Do you understand what your duty as a Pawn Assistant entails?

Being a PA requires hard work to keep the Help section moderated well, and need to be able to answer anyone's questions. I, for one, think that I understand this quite well, and I think it is one of the most important positions in the Pawn Community. I realize that PA's must help ANYONE with a problem, via PM, or any section in the forum. Moving on to both games, a PA must be able to help one with their problems, as well as enforcing the rules, which is a large aspect of being a PA. To be completely honest, I do not feel that reporting/hacking is one of my strongest abilities, even though I can at times, but my strength would be the aspect of helping people, which, imo, is just as important as reporting hackers, and enforcing the rules. All in all, I do in fact understand what it takes to be a PA.

9. Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time?

I accept all rules that are presented to me as a PA, and I take full responsibility for all of my actions.
