Well I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the server is back up and running. The bad news is that we had a massive database failure and some of you may have lost your rank or clan in the process. I have been working non-stop over the past 2 days to try and restore everyone's data, but we have run out of options. This is the best I can give you. I apologize if you have lost some of your account information.

Please do not pm mods or admins asking for your rank back. It is just not feasible at this point.

It's been a crazy weekend here at Pawn and we hope you are able to understand that we did not want this to happen, but it was a misfortunate result of the database becoming corrupted.

It was attempted more than once to restore the data, and each time the same result: partial failure.

For all of you that lost your stats, we hope that you continue to play the game as this is not the end of the world, and in fact for some it is a new beginning.

We know this sucks, and we apologize.. but there's simply nothing more that we could have done.

Stats don't mean everything.

The game is just as fun with Private T1 as it is with * T4.

It's the same game, although yes you may have a smaller amount of maps to choose from..

For some this is good, for others not so good.. but we ask that you stick it out, and above all do not try to blame us for this as it was...not even an accident, but rather a disaster.

This kind of thing is rare and will probably not end up happening again, and at this one time that it has we ask that you stay with us and just try to keep decent spirits.

If you reset everyone, everyone's pissed. If you leave it this way, some people are pissed and others aren't.

The only reason PG/PT have been reset in the past is to make it fair for the new players we've gotten from CMG, and when PawnGame first came out of beta.

...Panws and PT's rank reset (back a few months ago) were caused from when they merged to this website has nothing to do with an error in the database.

The partial reset kinda sucked seems like u (Blank) would reset everyone but leave the clans there and make exceptions so owners can have them even without the score requirement.

If you stop complaining and get your butt back to playing, you will find it easy to get your rank back, with all your skills at hand. Think of this as another chance at redeeming your KD. You can get your KD higher then before cause you have experience. Sure you might not be able to enter rooms, but nao you have a new goal.. Do better then last time.
