Bottleneck Issues

Well, I have decided to actually take the next step in upgrading my gaming rig and have bought a radeon hd 5850. Anyway, that ate a nice 265 dollar hole in my wallet, and I do not believe I can muster up the will to convince my parents to buy another cpu to go with it. I still am using an E7400, duo core, running at 2.8 ghz, in order to minimize bottlenecking what fps and voltage settings should be used?
