Does ban time depend on moderater's time, or your own?

I was wondering, if you get banned, lets say for 2 days, and the moderator who does that will the time it ends be his/hers own? or the person. like if you get banned at 6 p.m. for 48 hours (2 days) and one day passes. 6 p.m. again. and then another, 6 p.m. again. Then the person who banned you it was 7 p.m. there. would it take an extra hour?

2 days is 2 days no matter where you live.

The forum time is the time in the server's timezone.
