what is the fastest way to get a name change i tried the forums way but the only person who has posted there and gotten anme change was the first post , so i would like to know what is the fastest way?

This is the only way you will be able to have a name change, but you will have to be patient and wait for Sy to do your name change. He is doing it for you, the least you can do is wait for him to get to it.

ok but the only one he ever changed was skywalker's to radec and he was first post

sY doesnt have time to do it I think, because of school, exams
So you will have to wait till he has vacation and then MAYBE, he will do it

Something I would like to add is sY has changed more than one persons name, its just that after he changes the names he moves their post into another thread, so he can keep them tidy and ordered. So dont think he has only changed one persons name...
