Clan History


How did the Clan start and what was its history?

I, Ader453, was thinking of making a clan whereby we not only play awesome and memorable matches, but also not just be able to talk the talk, but walk the walk too. And so [LGX] was born. I was thinking of what name to give it. I wanted it to be cool, yet being able to have networks in all sorts of games. So, I named it Legendary Gamers X. Not centred to one sort of game.

It started with a few talented players. Then, it grew to what it is now. We only do recruit people who have talent and have an exemplary attitude. If I have met you in the past, and noticed that you have improved in terms of skill, you shall be accepted into [LGX] nonetheless. We have beaten quite a few clans which have also started from humble beginnings, but have grown to cater to the best players. Those are absolutely prestigious achievements that we have so far made it to.

Currently, you can find the clan [LGX] on the games Pawn and Pawn Tactics, but in due time, its network will expand to other popular games. That is still being thoroughly thought through, though.

What drives us forward?

Just the simple feeling of joy when we win Clan Wars and to make our clan a proud one indeed. We also do strive to become one of the top and most well-known clans out there.

We also want to earn respect. We do respect other players, and in turn, we wish for them to respect us too.

Clan Rules
Obey them, or risk being kicked out of [LGX] and/or even being barred from joining [LGX]. So, please, do follow them.


No Swearing/Flaming
No Racism
Respect other Clans and their members
No Padding for ANY points or kills whatsoever

Clan Requirements

For members of [LGX]:
Pawn:
1) Complaining about the use of P90s, Shotguns, and the likes can be tolerated until a limit. If you really can't handle it, choose a HeadShot gun to take the person out.

Pawn Tactics:
1) Whenever in a Clan War, camping is allowed (for CTF game modes) ONLY if you are ahead or are on an unfair advantage. If you are going to camp during a Clan War, even when it is a draw at that point of time, it is NOT advisable as we don't earn any points at the end of the match whatsoever.

2) Try to discuss tactics and stuff during the game in brief lines, do not waste a lot of time by typing long sentences, do it briefly, in TEAM CHAT, NOT in PUBLIC CHAT. Or, as an alternative to that, you could use Radio Commands to signal to your team mates what to do and such. Or even better, discuss your tactics in the Clan War Lobby, where only players in the group can see what you are talking about.

3) If there is a No Heavy/ Guardian rule during a Clan War, do obey it as it enhances gameplay experience and allows a level of fairness. If the other side disobeys that rule, and if you are really determined to change their mindset, you may do so, but politely. If the other side disobeys that rule, and you secretly did not really want that to be the case, you may pick the Heavy or Guardian Class.

4) Talking during a game is highly not advised, but while waiting for your time to spawn, you may do so, briefly.

5) Complaining about 'Laggers' and such can be tolerated until a certain limit. It is highly encouraged for you to just deal with the fact that you died and carry on playing the Clan War match.

For players who want to join [LGX] but aren't members yet:
1) You are not required to have a really bombastic score and such, but are required to have an exemplary K/D Ratio. This is a short list of what K/D Ratios are acceptable in [LGX]:


If it is below 1 K/D, you are not considered, but if you are determined to join, please ask one of our members to have a 1 on 1 with you. Rules and such will be decided by the [LGX] member. Winning is advisable, but if you can't, as you are fighting a good player, try getting close to the number of kills the [LGX] member has at the end of the match.
If it is in the range of 1 - 1.09, you shall be still asked to do a 1 on 1 with an [LGX] member, but the requirement isn't as high as a person with a K/D Ratio of lower than 1.
If it is in the range of 1.1 - 1.39, you may be considered, but it is not confirmed that you absolutely WILL be offered a spot in [LGX].
If it is in the range of 1.4 and above, you will be considered and will have a spot in [LGX].

2) You must be an active player, but there may be some exceptions. If you are supposedly on every weekend, you will still have a chance of joining, but if you're on in something like once or none at all per week, your chances of joining are lower. If you are on once per week, but play something from 2 - 3 hours at that one shot, you may be considered. That is all for wannabe members of [LGX].

Things that non-[LGX] members should take note of

1) All members in [LGX] will be Clan Moderators due to some reasons:


It helps me keep track of who has just been invited to [LGX].
If someone is a member of [LGX], and is asked by another person if he can join [LGX], he won't be able to send the invite, so, everyone is an [LGX] Moderator.

Stranded, I do agree with what you're saying. We could accept FUNKyLoL.

But, FUNKyLoL, even though you are accepted and are given a chance to be in [LGX], you need to improve in terms of behaviour and maturity. Firstly, do not type in all-capitals. It gives me the impression that you're shouting or are angry.

You are banned now, but once you're unbanned, make sure you do not repeat your wrong-doing which got you banned or argue or anything of that likes. If I find out that you've not been respecting other people, or other clan members, you are going to be kicked for [LGX], no matter how good you are, and going to be BARRED from ever joining. Just follow the rules and if anyone annoys you, just ignore him and play.
