Gameplay wise, it's not missing much.
I could add a whole bunch of stuff to it, but I like it how it is.

Its name is Aerial Assault..
I had difficult time doing it..

Vary your boxes just a bit more.

Since it's called "Chill", try to use a little bit more snow tiles.

Just a little bit more Space/Urban/Paintings decoration would make it nicer.

I like the gameplay, I donno, but it seems like the type of gameplay in servered maps, but without the crouches. =/

Really, really long ladders.

Make them smaller.
Add somewhere they can walk so the ladder doesn't look so long or something.

I actually really like the gameplay when I tested the map.

The only problem I saw was decoration.

No offence but I don't think that this is server worthy right now.
Map is rather flat and is plain. I don't think the snow really mixes in with this map.

I would add another spawn on bottom so you don't always spawn in the same place.

Doesn't look like the spawn could be camped though since there is a drop on each side but if I were in that map I would get some of my team to camp on the right side of the red spawn and I would ladder camp on the other side.
