1) No that is not true that if you are inactive for 3 months your stats are reset.
The only ways that a stat reset can occur is through playing a ladder game when stat tracker is down. That is when you log onto the game and you get a notice saying "Stat Tracker is Temporarily down" If you decide to play a ladder(yellow) match you run the risk of your stats reseting. A second way of your stats reseting is when you ask for your name to be changed by Sharpy. But seeing as one of the questions you must answer for your name to be changed is "Do you know in result of your name being changed your stats will reset?" you wouldnt be wondering that as a reason lol. A third way of your stats getting reset is through a system wide reset done by Blank which means EVERYONE's stats are reset and we all start from scratch.

2) No an account cant be deleted unless it is used within a name change done by Sharpy in which the name has to be inactive for more then 1 year

its becuase when pawntactics came out Blank101 restarted the ranks on Pawngame
