It contains 6.5 billion strains of live Lactobacillus casei Shirota (If you don't understand Latin, it's bacteria. Shirota is a Japanese name if you do understand Latin and was wondering what that last bit was.) I would describe Yakult as a liquid yogurt. It is very sweet and supposedly healthy to drink, but there's a lot of sugar in it.

Has anyone tried it before? And if you have what is your opinion?

It tastes weird.
[And theres usually sold in large packs at Asian supermarkets.]

It's usually not quite that exact brand, but it tastes pretty darn good.

Man, I remember back when I was around 10-11 years old, my oldest brother used to buy a WHOLE bunch of these, and we drank 'em all in one day. :3

Those are really good.
