But I love those noobs that nobody likes, so they get derepped a bar or two, then change their sig to 'I love -rep, I want the most'.

I usually do it when I forget previously to rep them. For example, they make a good post/point I might forget and they remind me. No harm done.

If I see people who ask for + rep, I -rep them, if I see people who ask for -rep, I don't do a thing...
