Ok so we have this fancy clan section for PT with about 10 unlocked posts and we have 15 moderators for it tell me how that works???

Cm's job is to remove spam/swearing/flamming in that section and to remove all clans that do no meat a certain requirment.

Pawn Assistants (PA's) Controll the help section in the same way but lock threads once the answer has been said to prevent noobie posts.

Graphics Crew Does the same in the graphics section but they generaly do nothing.

Tech Team take care of tech discussion and do more or less the same job.

Well first off, not all of them are online all the time. Second off, there are 100s of other threads that you do not see because they are deleted. Plus we also individually help each person with there thread unless it is perfect. We also have to patrol each thread for flamers and spammers.
