Going to get Xbox live, my friend gave me the cable to hook up the modem to the Xbox360. I just have a few questions.

1. Can I use my Memory Stick to download anything?

2. Does the three free months thing still work?

3. Do I need to download anything?

1. Memory Stick? You have the Xbox 360 Arcade? If so, yes, not too much though.
2. When you sign up, they offer you one month free.
3. No.

Cool. And what I meant on question two:

I looked up on the internet about Xbox live and it said I can create up to three acounts for three months of free live. Is this true?

# 1 and 3 idk even thou i have XBL and #2 i don't think so i only got 1 month

1. Okay, after hooking up the modem to the Xbox, do I just need to test the connection and make make my account? Will there be something saying anything about a free month?

2. Is live $60 or $50?

3. Can someone explain to me how the yearly paying works?

1. When you hook it up, go to Join Xbox Live, they'll do the connection and it'll proceed to you making your account. Make sure you have a Windows Live ID(MSN) before you join so you don't have to do that during the process. After all that, ask for a silver membership and then it'll say "You're qualified for a 1 month gold membership".

2. Live is 8$ for 1 month, 20$ for 3 months, and 50$ for 1 year.

3. I'm not sure but I believe that you put your credit card in the 360 and it'll take 8$ out of your credit card each month. Or you can buy a card and enter it to the 360 if you like.

So the yearly thing is completely optional?

Also, if I'm using an Memory Stick, will it be able to hold the upades for games?
