depends on your rep power.
which increases the more rep yo get.

It depends on your rep power.

For example:

If a guy with only one bar of rep tried to add/deduct reps from you, it'd only count for very little since his rep power is low.

But if a guy with 8 bars of rep tried to add/deduct reps from you, the results would be dramatic (Lose/Gain Squares).
