I try to get an image or avatar and i can't do it every time i check
its lost i can't see it please help
(i clicked save signature)

It would be helpful if you showed us what you did.

User cp -> Edit Avatar

Make sure, you have 'Use Custom Avatar' check box checked.

Option 1 -
Make sure it is the direct link to the image.

For example:

http://i29.tinypic.com/a2ghuh.jpg - Direct image
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=a2ghuh&s=3 - Not direct.

Option 2 -
Just browse through your computer. Most likely in your pictures area and select the image. It will be re-sized if it isn't 100x100.

User cp -> Edit signature

Click on http://i27.tinypic.com/205fk03.gif, and insert your direct image link.
