A simple switch

Since the p90 does the same damage as the heavy
and is more faster woulndt it makes sense to
switch them? but not the gun its self just the
properties like the speed of the heavy switches
with that of the p90 but the ammo and gun stays
the same. plus this way the noobs would have to
get 30 kills (which isnt likely) and it makes
sense to make a better gu more kc.

You have some interesting thought, but the switch really isn't necessary. The heavy is fine, and if the spead increased, they might be overpowering, yet the back fire would be no ammo.

and it would be switched with the MK48

How about we just tone down the power on it period? Like honestly, the P90 is almost like the bootleg MK. 48. It hurts when someone whips out that sucka and what can we do? They don't play fair, so we gotta deagle >.>

That would be much easier than switching the properties of the guns themselves
