I do not own a mouse on one of my computers. It would help to be able to move the aiming reticle with the numpad(which is, 7 to move diagonally, 8 to move up, 9 to move up to the right, 4 to move to the left, 5 to shoot, 6 to move to the right, 1 to move to the bottom left, 2 to move the reticle down, and 3 to move to down to the right.

It does. But for users that are willing to do this, they will be able to figure it out.
