[Overall Analysis]:The AK-47 may seem cheap, but testing the overall analysis it is actually worse than the M16 versus medium and light armor. This clas is extremely weak against recons and maulers. This class is powerfull against heavy's and gaurds.

This class is good. It is balanced and is against hevy armor, but has a weakness of recons and maulers.
not every class has to have a cloak or a shield.

Manuy, this class has no gameplay. The heavy revolves around using power to propel it, the guard revolves around having great defence, the recon mobility, the guard revolves around being able to defend a location, the assault revolves around being able to fend your own against all of the classes, and the support revolves around being able to dish out major damage and heal users. This class has nothing to it, it's too generic, and has no effect on gameplay whatsoever.

I'm just saying, this class is too generic. It does not change the gameplay of PT at all. What an update does is change the gameplay to keep the game fresh and not the same thing, this class will not require any additional practice to learn how to use, as it's really just a dumbed down version of the assault with a knife.

they want the classes to be balanced.
It would change the way people use players. If every single class had a special ability, than no1 would use the core classes. Thats why every1 uses recons. they can cloak. if another class had a special power, people would only use that. I see what your saying, but if u see other games, you cant change them dramatically. it keeps the gameplay balanced. And also, im not sum1 to make classes with specail abilites. I'll leave that to people like u. Rock on.

Assault is the most balanced class and will be forever.

Im with eilios on this one. Each class can do something special and this is just a ripped off version of the assault with a knife and u guys are going offtopic lul.
Mauler - clays
Guard - shield
Recon - cloak
Lancer - Rifle piers through every armor and keeps going.
Heavy - Power and armor
Assault - It can outclass other classes
Support - High damage and heal others

Its not like an assault.
It is all anti hevy armor
Its special kick is the ability to be strong in sum things and weak in others.
And this class is basically balancing the gards advancments while still getting beat by hollow point bullets and cons and whatnot

PT Classes are part of a metagame; they all keep eachother in balance. This class has no Major impacts, so it is not needed.

Great. An assault-like class that can kill heavies a lot easier. Not to mention that assaults were already good against recons before the melee update.

Adding new classes can impact the balance if you put them in right. It's like stacking a house of cards, you can add many, but if you don't balance them right, it will all fall over.

i agree. When they mean balance, they probably mean something like rock paper scissors system. See, heavy is good against recon. Recon is good against lancer. Lancer is good against heavy. Next, support is good against guard. Guard is good against mauler. And mauler is good against support. Assault is good against all classes. If you get this, then that is bs.

I dont no what the big fuss is. The class is a superlancer... but has its cost bcause of he hollow point affect. It would go great with another class.
