I have seen noobs ask me what a headshot is.
Noobs have told me I lag when I have 54 ms and they have 178.
Noobs have told me I lag for having 24-25 fps.
The reason is because they dont know what ms, fps and a hs is.
and there are a bunch of other little things that people dont know.
my suggestion is that when you fist join pawn you get redirected to a guide that explains all these things.
