Gain skill...?

I can play pretty well already (my standards) but I want to be better.. And I seem to be stuck at the lvl of skill that I am at.. I cant figure out what to do to get better lol... Any suggestions?

Well nowadays in Pawn you are one of four people.

Hacker.
Noob.
Skilled.
Educated.


So, if you happen to be educated, you may have this desire to get better, but the noobs will annoy you with their nooby ways, the hackers will ruin your game, and the amazing people will kill you as you spawn, so you cant really improve.

So since your at that point where you cant kill anyone, you have to hack in order to rank.


And then you reach that enlightened start where actually playing pawn becomes obsolete. So you just sit on the forums all day. Or possibly make maps.


And since the blue names have their blue names, they obviously forum a lot, so they must have decided pawn was useless to play.
In order to think that, they must have A) become educated, and B) tried to improve. And since we all know the only way to rank in this game when you are educated is to hack, you can logicly conclude that the blue names hack.

I 1v1'd for like 99% of my skill.

Playing guest games is more challenging than playing regular ladder games.

Find a well known player who is actually willing to listen to you and tutor you. I managed to pick up some skills from a friend of mine a while back, that have been invaluable.

I hate to sound corny, but limitations are almost always inside your mind.

You must first reach enlightenment, young grasshoppa.

Train with guests (lolnoob)
Use one shot to the head dead weapons. (l-85, Desert Eagle, m29)
Use protogun to your advantage and stay behind an object
Camping
Screen Hopping (jump into the next screen and fire)
Remembering where your opponent's head is.
Play a lot

Dont believe this guys, people with blue names are people that you need to call if you have any problem.. you can see if they are Pawn Assistant.

And, I suggest you to aim headshots and read some guides here in the forums,
Note that the color blue rooms dont give you points.

We used to have a whole tab forum up there with "Home" and "Forum" but now we have none.
Those actually helped, you know?
