I was just thinking about a new elite class. It will be even better than the Heavy class if you choose to design. It will not be that advanced.

Class: Spartan Armor: Heavy Speed: 80 Special: Absorbtion of HP bullets.
Main Weapon-Spartan Laser

Spartan Laser Damage: 50
Shots per discharge: 1
Maximum damage per discharge: 50
Cooldown: 3sec
Max ammo: 100 Height: 20 Accuracy: 90
Bullet type: Laser
Bullet speed: 9000-1000
Bullet duration: 100ft
Bullet range: 1000-1500
Special: Melee

Secondary

Desert Eagle

Damage: 20
Shots Before Discharge: 1
Maximum damage per discharge: 20
Cooldown 10ms
Max ammo: infinite
bullet type: HP
Bullet Speed: 1000-2000
Bullet Range:500-1000

That's... Pretty much useless. I mean, it's basically an overpowered lancer without the speed. Now, if you gave it something more distinct, I could see an uber class like this having a chance. But as I said, it's basically a rip-off of Halo/Lancer.
