no, if your getting points, your probably just didn't get enough then yet. the higher your score, the longer it takes to get to next rank. ;P but, if you were, like, Blue Star or something, do you get to choose from all of them, or just the one below?

Time to explain for all of you noobs.

He means that if you passed a rank you would be able to go back to it without having to make another account or reset yourself.
Example:
If you were a ribbion, you would be able to go back to another of your passed ranks. Like blue star, iron bar, ect. But you would not be able to go to a rank you have not reached yet, like Eliet.
