Ban Evasion

I had a freind whohad ban evasion or something. What exactly is ban evasion? And is there any list to figure out that you have been banned or something? I heard that there was some list.

Dude... you will know if you are banned if you try to log into your account... It wont let you, it will say you are banned for whatever reason, and for how long...

Ban evasion is making another account to play on, even though your other is banned... Make sense?

I had a freind whohad ban evasion or something. What exactly is ban evasion? Using a different account to avoid a ban. And is there any list to figure out that you have been banned or something? I heard that there was some list. We check IPs. If the IP of a user matches that of a banned user we usually issue an IP ban and extend the ban.

Ban evasion = evasion + ban (adjective).

Evasion = to dodge
Ban = to prevent a person from using something

So he basically went past the ban. However, when people do that, we step it up and ban by I.P. address\internet connection. That means any computer from his house will not be allowed to play Pawn regardless of what account he logs in with.
