I absolutely love hummus.
What are your thoughts about hummus?

Hmmmm... sort of a hint of lemon... a bit of spice... very Greek/Middle-Eastern feel to it.

Hummus is delish.

Its made from mashed chickpeas, olive oil, lemon, salt, and garlic. Its relatively healthy for you, and if made the correct way, tastes great. I go to a local store once a week and load up. Its great to dip carrots to snack on, and much healthier than ranch dressing.

^Damn straight. And it's great for breakfast with foul medames. Foul is especially good, because a small serving keeps you from eating for most of the day, that's why it was considered peasant food.

You can eat with just about anything, not just carrots lol. I know I've pretty much had hummus with everything.

Those of you who aren't near a Middle Eastern market or whatnot you can buy Hummus at Costco, although that will be slightly more Americanized.

I know. I just like to snack on carrots and they make a good combo. I also love using it when i eat meat, or dipping pita into it.

Its available in most supermarkets, but its not the same. Different taste. Id recommend finding a middle eastern market, much tastier.

But it looks good..
