Hey guys i really dont kno much about making backrounds but how do you make them and i dont want to download anything on my computer or buy anything. I have paint but it doesnt have much on there )= so how do i make a cool backround???

Download is the best way. Paint makes it extremely hard.

Download gimp or photoshop. Pretty much the only way.
